SRAM Force XPLR AXS rear derailleur Iridescent 12-speed | 44T
Visually subtle, with a touch of shine – the new Force group with its iridescent look manages this balancing act. Technically, the group builds on the previous generation, with some upgrades from the RED top group and new technologies. The great versatility and adaptability of the Force group has remained the same. From the 1x XPLR setup for gravel bikes to the thoroughbred racing bike with 2x drive, the Force offers many well thought-out gear ratios. For efficient training, there is a suitable Quarq power meter upgrade for every crank version. With the proven AXS standard, you can adapt the shifting behavior to your needs and integrate AXS components from other groupsets or additional shifters into your setup.
The 1x specific Force XPLR rear derailleur has been specially developed for the needs of modern Gravel riders. In combination with the right XPLR cassette with 10-44 teeth, you have enough bandwidth to climb every climb. Narrow gear steps on the smaller sprockets help you to maintain your comfortable cadence at high speeds.
The electronic radio eTap switching logic ensures intuitive switching processes and a simple, wireless setup. The integrated Orbit-Fluid vibration damping ensures safe and smooth running of the chain on any terrain. Their speed-dependent damping is only activated in the event of rapid shocks and remains inactive during the movements of the rear derailleur during shifting. The chain guide is supported by pulleys with SRAM X-Sync tooth profiles. An ANT+ transmitter integrated in the rear derailleur enables communication between your bike computer and the rear derailleur. You can display information about the charge status of the battery and the current gear in your cockpit. With the integration of AXS technology, the switching behavior can be personalized in the associated app. The proven SRAM eTap battery (not included in the scope of delivery) provides the necessary power, with which you can operate the rear derailleur for over 1000 kilometers or around 60 hours of riding.
NOTE: The rear derailleur is only compatible with SRAM AXS shifters!
