WheelProject is a specialist workshop dedicated exclusively to professional bicycle wheels.
Our primary focus is the design, production and servicing of premium wheelsets for Road, Gravel, MTB and E-MTB bicycles.
Every wheel is built and serviced according to the same procedures and quality standards used for our own race-proven WheelProject wheelsets.
Workshop services are accepted subject to current production schedule and workshop capacity.

All prices apply to labour only. Parts and consumables are charged separately.

OUR WORKSHOP STANDARDS
Every wheel receives the same level of care regardless of its value.
Each wheel is serviced using the following procedures:
- Precision spoke tension balancing
- Stress relieving
- Wheel tension verification
- Lateral and radial truing
- Final quality inspection
REBUILD POLICY
Every rebuild is performed exclusively using new spokes and new nipples.
Existing spokes are always cut during disassembly and are never reused.
HUBS & BEARINGS
WheelProject services sealed cartridge bearing hubs only.
Cup-and-cone bearing systems are not serviced.
Replacement bearings and hub components are invoiced separately.
TUBELESS SERVICES
Available services include:
- Tubeless tape installation
- Tubeless tape replacement
WheelProject does not install tyre insert systems including, but not limited to:
- CushCore
- Rimpact
- Tannus
- Huck Norris
- Similar products
SERVICE ACCEPTANCE
Every wheel is individually inspected before any work begins.
Leaving a wheel at the workshop does not constitute acceptance of the service order.
Final quotation, estimated lead time and service acceptance are confirmed only after inspection and verification of workshop capacity.
WheelProject reserves the right to decline any repair that cannot be completed in accordance with our quality standards.
SERVICE LEAD TIMES
Lead times vary depending on workshop workload and the current production schedule.
Estimated completion dates are provided individually after service acceptance.
Express Service is available only when workshop capacity allows.
ORIGINAL WHEELPROJECT WHEELSETS
Original WheelProject wheelsets receive:
- Priority workshop scheduling
- Preferential labour rates
- Lifetime workmanship support
- Guaranteed compatibility with our workshop standards
EXTERNAL WHEELSETS
Wheelsets not originally built by WheelProject are accepted only after individual assessment.
Acceptance depends on:
- Workshop capacity
- Production schedule
- Technical condition
- Service complexity
- Component compatibility
Submission of a wheel does not guarantee acceptance for service.
BEFORE SENDING YOUR WHEELS
Please prepare your wheels before shipping whenever possible:
- Clean the wheels.
- Remove tyres.
- Remove the cassette.
- Remove brake rotors.
- Remove all additional accessories.
Proper preparation reduces workshop time and minimizes the risk of accidental damage during handling.
PARTS
All published prices refer to labour only.
Replacement components are charged separately, including but not limited to:
- Rims
- Spokes
- Nipples
- Bearings
- Hub internals
- Freehub components
- Rim tape
- Tubeless sealant
- Other replacement parts
QUALITY POLICY
WheelProject reserves the right to refuse any repair that cannot be completed in accordance with our workshop standards.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cracked or damaged rims
- Damaged hubs
- Structurally compromised components
- Incompatible parts
- Unsafe wheel assemblies
- Counterfeit components
- Poor-quality components
Our reputation is built on precision, reliability and rider safety—not on completing every repair request.
WARRANTY
WheelProject guarantees the quality of workmanship performed by our workshop.
The warranty applies exclusively to labour performed by WheelProject.
The warranty does not cover failures resulting from:
- Customer-supplied parts
- Worn or damaged components
- Improper third-party installation
- Crash damage
- Misuse
- Normal wear
