SCHWALBE Racing Ray 29 x 2,35 Super Race ADDIX Speed EVO TLE Tire – Transparent Skin

An aggressive XC profile paired with the versatile Addix Speed Compound makes Racing Ray an XC weapon and an ingenious addition to Racing Ralph.

Specially developed for the front wheel, the tire convinces with extremely good traction in curves and precise steering behavior. The offset center lugs with long and rounded edges offer maximum cornering support and braking power, and they also ensure smooth rolling behavior and low rolling resistance. Stable shoulder blocks suppress buckling and expand the limit area, especially when cornering at high speed. Large gaps also increase traction and reinforce the tire’s self-cleaning properties.
Thanks to the ADDIX Speed Compound, the overall concept of this race tire is rounded off in the best possible way. Additionally, the new tire features a bead-to-bead fabric for improved cut protection.

In the 29″ version, the arrangement of the tread blocks is adapted to the larger contact area. This brings out the performance advantages of the large wheels even better.

A new monofilament side fabric brings three advantages compared to the previous standard:
Even better cut resistance, increased puncture resistance and, above all, it enables an extremely easy tubeless conversion. Sealing fluid is required, but installation is otherwise just as easy as with real tubeless tires. Long conversion processes with intensive shaking and frequent pumping are no longer a problem with Tubeless Easy.
