DT Swiss M 502 – 29″ Disc MTB Rim – black

Just wide enough, just light enough. At 30 mm internal rim width the 29″ M 502 works for tires ranging from slightly wide to quite wide, allowing it to attack the hardest of terrains. DT Swiss’ benchmark rim material is combined with an economic sleeve-junction to offer the best ratio between low weight, big width and a low price.

Rim profile design

In order to guarantee a perfect fit and to make the installation of the tire as easy as possible, the profiles of DT Swiss rims are designed with the tubeless use in mind. It is always possible though to run a conventional tire / tube combination.

Tubeless ready DT Swiss rims have further advantages over conventional rims. The design of their cross section allows for the tire to easily pop in place when inflated, and more often than not a standard floor pump is all that‘s needed. Also the elaborate profile of DT Swiss rims ensures a precise and safe fit of the tire even when ridden hard.
